MPIJI-MAGOHE NA CHANGAMOTO TISA

Shule ya sekondari ya Mpji-magohe ni miongoni mwa shule za Serikali za kata ililyoanzishwa mwaka 2006 na hadi hivi sasa ina jumla ya wanafunzi 829 kutoka kidato cha kwanza hadi cha nne, ambapo wasichana ni 410 na wavulana ni 410.

Mpji magohe ni shule iliyopo umbali wa 10 km kutoka katika barabara kuu ya Morogoro jijini Dar es salaam

Shule hii mbali na kufanya vizuri kiasi katika elimu imekuwa ikikabiliwa na matatizo chungu mzima kama vile kukosekana kwa usafiri wa uhakika toka mbezi hadi mpiji kwa kuwa wanafunzi wengi makazi yao ni katika mji mdogo wa Mbezi jijini hapa.

Miongoni mwa kero zinazosababisha kutolewa kwa elimu chini ya kiwango ni pamoja na kuwepo kwa uhaba wa walimu wa sayansi na Hisabati, Uhaba wa vitabu vya kufundishia na maktaba, kukosekana kwa maabara ya utekelezaji wa masomo kwa njia ya vitendo.

Mkuu wa shule hiyo Bagaya Kashato anasema mbali na changamoto hizo pia kukosekana kwa maji na umeme pia kunachangia kwa njia moja au nyingine kupoteza muelekeo wa jitihada za wanafunzi katika kuhakikisha kuwa wanafanya vizurio katika mitihani yao.

Anasema nyumba za walimu nazo pia zimetoa mwanya wa kwa wanafunzi kindwa madarasani, ukiachilia mbali uhaba wa thamani kwa waalimu na wanafunzi.

Anasema edapo Serikali ikifanya jitihada za kuhakikisha inaondoa sehemu ya kero huizo katika shule za kati basi elimu itakayo kuwa inatolewa itazingatia vigezo vyote vya kitaaluma.

Ni vema na haki kusifu ama kupongeza jambo zuri linapofanywa na viongozi wetu wa serikali kijamii, kisiasa na hata kitamaduni.

Mambo haya hakika mbali na kuhamasisha jamii yanaleta uamsho ama morari wa kuongeza nguvu katika jambo fulani.

Mapema siku ya jana Rais Jakaya Kikwete aliweza kuongea na wachezaji wa timu ya Taifa Stars katika eneo la ikulu na kisha kuwatia moyo katika safari yao ya fainali za kombe la CHAN linalowahusisha wachezaji wanaocheza ligi za ndani.

Akizungumza nao aliwaeleza nini wanachotakiwa kukufanya kwa timu hiyo akidai “Watanzania tunataka raha, tupeni raha jamani” alisisitiza kikwete, huku akipokewa na sauti zilizosikika kuwa hatutakuangusha tutapigana kufa na kupona kulinda heshima ya taifa

Mfano huu wa rais Kikwete hakika ni wa kuigwa kwa asilimia kubwa kwani viongozi wengibne wakifanya jambo hili maendeleo katika jamii yanaweza kuonekana kwa kasi kubwa hapa nchini.

Mapema juzi tumeuhudia jambo ambalo baadhi ya vyombo vya habari vimeweza kuliripoti kinagaubaga nikiwa namaanisha ku waandishi waliweza kulitukuza na kuliandika kuwa Dk Slaa atumiwa majasusi, wengine ategewa vinasa sauti, wengine wakieleza kuwa amepangiwa njama za kumuangamiza kabisa kisiasa.

Hiki ni kitendawili kwa kweli, jambo hili ni wizi mtupu, kwani ukijaribu kwenda mbele na kurudi nyuma utagundua kuwa mambo mengi yasiyokuwa na msingi huwa yanatokea katika kipindi cha bunge hasa mahali ambapo mada ngumu zinapokuwa zikihadiliwa.

Nasema huu ni wizi mtupu ni vema wahusika wakagundua kuwa njama hizo za kulipua mambo ili tu kuwapoteza malengo wananchi ambao wanafuatilia kwa umakini shughuli za bunge zimepitwa na wakati, badala yake wanatakiwa kfikiri mbinu zingine za kuwapoteza maboya wananchi.

Mimi nataka kufahamu, kuna mambo mengi mazuri yaliyokuwa yakiendelea bungeni lakini kutokana na kutokea kwa jambo hilo vyombo vya habari vilisahau kuyapa kipaombele mambo ambayo kwa namna moja au nyingine ni sehemu ya kuondokana kwa umaskini kwa mtanzania wa hali ya chini kabisa.

WE HAVE KNOWLEDGE, LET US USE IT

As I said earlier internet will remain to be basic tool in our day to day life of journalism, No matter on the way it function but what is important is what we used to get in this tool. Bay the way we found many fact information by visiting different links.

It is now five day since we have started this internet workshop. We used to pass through different topic like how Internet has changed society and communication globally, Journalism in the age of internet, the use of internet in every day journalism.

Others topic are like African and international web resource, finding information to the Website, Email communication skills, Plagiarism and copy white where by our Trainer Johansson tells about the ethics of copy and paste date from the web site.

But also we used to see how Blogs function and how to pass through in it , in the topic which said Blogs and Citizen Journalism. Each participant in this session achieve to open their blog like mine (maishanyundo.blogspot.com.

I can say it was real enjoyable session from the time we start until the end of this workshop. I my self I gain more things which will help my company in one way or another .

I’m quit sure that in this time of global change we journalist suppose to know in deeply about the uses of internet in our daily activities .My experience is that, many journalist when they failed to find some information from the source they live stories, but instead they can use also Internet to search for they are news information.

I cant say I don’t get anything in this workshop, instead of enjoying in each and every thing but also I get good material and basic knowledge to boost up my experience, which was my vision in this work shop.

Katika matumizi ya kila siku kumekuwep[o na ongezeko makubwa la matumizi ya mtandao kila kukicha jambo ambalo linasadikiwa kuwa huifanya dunia iweze kubebwa katika viganja vya kila mtu.
Tunashuhudia mawasiliano mya kitekinolojia yakiongezeka kila kunapoitwa leo kwani jambo linalotendeka hivi leo katika nchi ya Marekani kadhalika na hapa pia nchini linaweza kuonekana kwa urahisi kabisa.

Hivi karibuni tulishuhudia kuapishwa kwa raisi Barack Obama ambapo kwa muda mmoja dunia iliweza kushuhudia kwa wakati mmoja kuapishwa kwake, Thats why nasema bado kitambo kidogo sana dunia itakuwa karibu kupindukia.

Utaungana nami kuwa ili kuleta mabadiliko ya kitekinolojia kwa vizazi vijavyo sisi tuliopo hatuna budi kushinikiza elimu hii ya Mtandao wa komputa( Internet) ikiwa endelevu kuanzia katika shule za msingi ili mabadiliko haya yasituache nyuma sana.

INTERNET BRINGS THE WORLD TOGETHER

It was good day for me, we start the lesson at early time, I mean in ample time as we are. We used to do many thing in this day relating to the internet in every day journalism,among those essues is like perusing material, searching for currency, time table, football games.

Our trainer Johansson put in the picture the meaning of internet to our day life in this field of reporting. He says Internet is a global system of interconnected computer network that interchange data and gives out different fact and information accordingly .

Apart from that we used to follow up different links which can support us in our day to day activities. For example we search for uefa in this engine we see different material of sports, This web sustain the sport reporter to gain different material so that they can come up with good fact and back ground of any sport issues.

Also we pass through the government web page and find many data which can support our work, this engine is Tanzania we used to see data like Ruvuma population, and many this facing our work.

It is true that, we journalist we are supposed to to know each other concerning the Internet in our daily , so au to cover and see about millions document of private and public, academic, business, and government networks of local to global scope that are linked also it carries various information and services.

Journalism in the age of internet

It was so fantastic day , because we used to hire and knowing each other coming from out trainer. Even though our today topic was based in ‘ Journalism in the age of Internet ‘ we used to persuade in learning on how to open the blog.

What is interesting is about the topic, what i think is The daily newspaper industry is especially in danger by the internet. Though many news paper are continue to be registered.

Now days we see many young generation used to find fact on the Internet rather than in the news paper. It is like an alarm which express the deadly of print media but not surely. many of them visit Google News several times a day to get the latest. Information on the world.

According to Rupert Murdoch to the American Society shows his interest of media to connect them self into internet system if they want to do good. I can not say by the way but my point is in this world of global information our media suppose to jump themselves to this category if they want to make it.

But it is something which can come up slowly in those un-developed country because always challenge are there.

I say this will come slowly in un developed country, because a great newspapers hire in Tanzania and also in Africa ,the computer technology in the newsroom was hopelessly out of date as the paper didn’t have the money to invest in new technology.

So i sought the better ways to live in the internet age, first in the form of requiring payment for access to its web site, more recently by providing such access for free.

I’m proud to be among the participant who participate in Internet workshop for editor and Trainers, organized by MISA- Tanzania and VIKES foundation center.

I’m real enjoying because i used to know more about different issues which I never taught before. Apart from that, our trainer Peik Johansson instruct us about different ways of finding the fact in internet in this period of modernize journalism , it was agreeable .

My expectation on other days coming I wish I can learn more about the uses of internet for the purpose of being a good ambassador for internet uses
